Dr. Dmitry G. Lomsadze

Associate Professor, Ph.D. in Economics, Lecturer at International Relations Department of VSU, Chair of Regional Studies and Economy of Foreign Countries. Graduate of the Economic Department of Voronezh State University. In 2001, Dmitriy Lomsadze successfully defended his Ph.D. thesis Conceptual problems of anti-crisis business management and ways of their resolution. Author of more than 50 scientific papers, educational and methodical materials, including the monograph International integration of Russian regions. He lectures and researches in the areas of World economy, International economic relations, World economy and international economic relations in the EU, Economy of North America, World economy and international economic relations in the North America, Shadow economy and International business. Since 2013: Director of Interregional Studies Center at VSU.

The role of Dmitriy Lomsadze in the SHEXP project is to develop the study module and implement research/teaching activity on the topic of Overcoming shadow economy problems: adaptation of the EU experience in Russia.

Dr. Alexander A. Boldyrikhin

Ph.D. in Political Sciences, International Project Coordinator, Official Interpreter and Lecturer at International Relations Department of VSU. Has a 10-year practical experience in implementation of international academic and business programmes and projects, which includes extensive experience in carrying out regional and international events (workshops, conferences, Conferences), as well as partnership development and organization of networking activities for promoting academic and research potential of VSU and partner universities/research organizations around the world. In 2012 successfully defended his Pd.D. thesis “Reconciliation process of the Northern Ireland conflict in the context of postnationalism”. In 2015 participated in the EU in Depth FP7 Project as a visiting researcher in Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium (Marie Curie Actions). Lectures on Political Sciences and Business in Emerging Markets in VSU, guest lecturer for the Academy of Leadership at the University of Sorocaba, Brazil (online), FH JOANNEUM, Graz, Austria and KU Leuven, Belgium. In 2014 and 2015 participated in a MOOC named “Competences for Global Collaboration”, organized by FH JOANNEUM University of Applied Sciences (Graz, Austria). Alexander Boldyrikhin is the author of more than 20 scientific papers on political sciences and business.

The role of Alexander Boldyrikhin in the SHEXP project is to implement teaching, management and activities on the topic of Overcoming shadow economy problems: adaptation of the EU experience in Russia.
